Breakfast: smoothie – kale, spinach, blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp coconut oil; 1/2 can wild caught sardines
Snack: raw carrots and snap peas, 1/2 banana
Lunch: leftover roasted chicken, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, olives, sauerkraut, kombucha
Snack: seaweed, more carrots and snap peas
Dinner: leftover tilapia with turnips and parsnips, broccoli, green beans, 1 GF sausage and sauerkraut, 1/2 a sweet potato, 1/4 avocado
Sleep: I had lights out at 11pm, didn’t have trouble falling asleep, but woke multiple times throughout the night
Exercise: none – still recovering from 5.5 hour mountain bike ride 2 days ago.
